The spirit at DM is incredible.  Anyone can learn to love dance there because each dancer is an individual, but part of an accepting, inclusive group.  Differences and problems are handled with kindness and grace, qualities not found at every studio.

This was our first year in the school.  I am so impressed.  I love the family feeling at the school.  I feel that my daughter will learn values and teamwork as well as dance as she continues at the school.  Miss Diane is so warm and kind and it filters down to everyone at the school, students and teachers alike.  I especially appreciated Miss Diane's understanding when my daughter went through a hard time" leaving Mommy" to go to class. 

Overall Diane Matthews School of Dance is a wonderful place to dance.  The environment is great and it’s a wonderful place for kids to grow into beautiful dancers.

I am very pleased that the Diane Matthews School of Dance gives every dancer an opportunity to dance in the front row or be highlighted in some way during a performance.  While it is very clear that the school has some talented dancers that elevate the quality of every performance they are in, what is equally obvious is that the school does not cultivate a star system.  You walk the talk.  It also seems to me that the quality of the performances gets better ever year.  I thoroughly enjoyed both shows, and the father-daughter dance and gospel piece at the end of the first show moved me to tears.  Thank you.

This is mine and my daughter’s 4th year dancing at the studio and we will continue to dance for years to come!! We love you Ms. Diane and all the staff!  It’s a great studio and we are recommending it to all our friends!!!

I have had an amazing year at the studio, and look forward to the rest of my high school years until I enter college to continue dancing there.
