Registration
You may come into the studio during open registration days, register by mail or by clicking the registration button online. When registering, please confirm appropriateness and availability of classes. Payment including annual or first month’s tuition and $25 registration fee must accompany all registrations. Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation and a place is reserved for you.
Tuition Policies
All youth and adult classes must be paid monthly or annually unless you are registered as a drop-in adult or virtual adult student. Tuition will remain the same regardless of the number of classes in a month, as the year culminates with students receiving approximately four classes per month for each class registered.
The annual tuition is divided into 10 monthly installments due on or before your first class of each month, September through June, for all registered students.
Starting September 2023, a late charge of $10 will be added to the account of any registered student whose payment is received after the 10th of the month. Anyone more than two weeks late will not be admitted to class. There is a $20 charge for any returned checks.
Students choosing to discontinue classes must notify us in writing before the end of the current month.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2023-2024 Season Recital
Our forty-first annual recital is scheduled for June 17, 2023. Details regarding the rehearsals and show times will be finalized during Spring 2023.
As an added service to our students, we are continuing the Recital Costume Bundle. For the prices listed above, your student’s costume, performance tights, and costume accessories (hairpiece, gloves,etc), are all included in one package for your convenience. This bundle has been added to simplify and enhance the recital experience for both parents and students.
All costume payments will be due November 4, 2023. For students in two or more dances, 50% of the total costume payment will be due November 4, 2023, with the balance due January 6, 2024. Any costume not paid in full by January 6th will incur a $10 late fee per costume. Late fees will only be waived for families with more than one dancer who is making consistent monthly payments towards costumes.
